I never heard about federal charges-- isn't that double jeopardy? Like the reporter said, they might be trying to make it so there are no copycats, but they clearly don't understand the number of people that wouldn't want to be making it out alive. Their trumped up charges aren't a deterrent. I never heard about federal charges-- isn’t that double jeopardy? The federal charges might be the bullshit terrorism ones. Not double jeopardy because it's a separate charge. If I were USian, I’d be mega-pissed that they are making the CEO’s death out like Luigi killed the king. Oh, I am.
