I got very little done last night 'cause I only had a couple hours and I wasn't in a hurry, but I got the arms assembled! I have to prime them soon and also figure out what color I'm painting the inner frame, traditionally I've liked a mix of bronze and black lacquer
Neat! Good luck with the kitbashing. A little curious about the game you mentioned because that seems like such an extreme mix of genres, is it "everyone are historical napoleonic troops except for a few mechs" or "regular napoleonic wargame but all the models are mechs"?
So! At the moment it's just Mobile Suit Skirmish counting the HG kits (~5", usually) as 1/56 instead of 1/144, and adding rules for sailing ships and better rules for infantry. I need to do a bunch of balancing and tweaking though. But! Actually building something I'm excited about gets me in the state of mind to do that and to write the accompanying story, and all the research both those things entail
