Hrm by today's standards though the older bonds wouldn't fly today.

We're not far into the movie and that was our thought as well.

The new movies are still very violent.

They also have much better CGI

the older movies have a greater number of deaths but the newer movies have more one on one fights, the fights are nastier and more deaths are shown on screen. The new movies seem more violent.

I used to love all the Bond movies. But then The Bourne Identity came out, and it changed the whole genre for the better.

The Bourne fight scenes just blow my mind. I would have never picked Matt Damon as an action actor so a lot of respect there.
