Why do people feel the need to use their most loudest voice possible when they are outside and only a couple of metres away from each other?
Widespread solipsism?
Sounds like kids to be honest. They canβt control their voice volumes either.
I have no idea why people do that. Bad hearing?
No, not children. Adults.
Oh sorry I knew that. Just saying kids have the same problem with voice control and how loud they are.
There was outside idiots and inside idiots having a convo.
I call it loud noise disease.
