Things are getting a bit busy at work, which is perfect timing, as my secondment to a higher position is coming to an end.
Now I can actually focus on what I'm doing and not sort out other people's issues.

Hooray!
I might have an opportunity after Christmas to have the higher duties role permanently, which would be good as I would ditch my current responsibilities.
With a salary upgrade?
A moderate one, but yes.
