Yummy. I could do with a hot bowl of noodles right now. So nice and comforting in cold weather.

What sort of noodles have you used in your dish?

Oh ok. I don’t think I’ve seen them that colour before.

Are they infused with anything?

My broth was dark so when I cooked the noodles they took on some of the colour.
