The article wasn't kidding when it said major spoilers.

To pull a more spoiler free quote,

Selfishly, as an actor, I read that episode and was like, ‘I can’t believe I’m going to get to play all these things,’ It’s a full-course meal, and they don’t come around all the time

You know those episodes of shows where they flashback and you get to learn a characters entire backstory? That's what this episode is. It's a full course of backstory.

Milioti has been great all season, but this episode really gave her the opportunity to show why she's the other main character.

I just finished watching it. I'm far more afraid of her than I was before.
