What do you make of chanlords and "energy retention" NoFappers that watch porn but then (claim) to not masturbate to it (or at least, not to climax), to "increase their power level" and for "motivation?"
That shit's bizarre, but I've heard it offline from such Silicon Valley woo claimants as well as online among

Semen retention and related concepts have been around for a long time. A lot of cultures think semen has magic properties of one sort or another. NoFappers just, you know, made it fucking weird.
Like this isn't new I'm afraid.
I'm aware of the older varieties, especially Taoist stuff.
The new stuff feels like "history is bunk" bumblefucking where they discover old ideas and think it's new and novel.
