Work Reform

A place to discuss positive changes that can make work more equitable, and to vent about current practices. We are NOT against work; we just want the fruits of our labor to be recognized better.
Our Philosophies:
- All workers must be paid a living wage for their labor.
- Income inequality is the main cause of lower living standards.
- Workers must join together and fight back for what is rightfully theirs.
- We must not be divided and conquered. Workers gain the most when they focus on unifying issues.
Our Goals
- Higher wages for underpaid workers.
- Better worker representation, including but not limited to unions.
- Better and fewer working hours.
- Stimulating a massive wave of worker organizing in the United States and beyond.
- Organizing and supporting political causes and campaigns that put workers first.

Nope. Their pay started when the door closed and ended when it opened. The rest of the work at the gate or prepping the cabin was just free labor.
And that's WITH existing union agreements already, so you know it was even worse than that before the union was formed in the first place. Unions don't appear out of nowhere. If a business or industry has a union, it's because the workers were being screwed so hard it became necessary.
They used to get paid with a pack of cigarettes and a slap on the ass.
Pretty sure Spirit still does
Spirit outsources the slap to whoever is sitting in seat 1C.
Is it wage theft if I just say I did it?
