I'm re-reading the red rising series right now to be up to date for the new book that just released. Very excited to get to it
I finished Red Rising, but it seems like the vast majority of it was kind of fantasy-like, but in an over arching science fiction setting due to the nature of the plot. Does that ever change in the following books? As in, does it get more science fiction like? Perhaps with more advanced tech or anything to do with space?
Overarchingly, I would say no. I think, for me, the less intense sci-fi aspect is something that appeals to me more, so I quite like it. That said, I understand if you're More into sci-fi, it would detract from the experience.
