In a vaccum, putting aside everything else that Isreal has done, this should be grounds for a complete embargo of Isreal. Why should any country trust a rogue nation that puts bombs in products that arr circulated throughout the civilian population?

Jokingly a kinda serious, sad answer - because de facto colonies can't just freely decide stuff like this without consequences. And other superpowers like China just don't yet get targeted that significantly to outweigh the commercial benefits of overall trades.
