A huge traffic jam of fuel trucks was noticed on the Moscow Ring Road

According to the public "On the Moscow Ring Road", the video was filmed today at 6 am in the area of the turnoff to the Moscow Oil Refinery in the Kapotnya district. On September 1, a fire broke out there after a UAV attack.
