It was one of the many treatments proposed for my spinal stenosis, if that's what you've got going on, then peace be with you! It's the worst pain I ever experienced.

Yup, I got a pinched nerve between c7 and c6 it makes my arm feel like I broke a bone. Did you recover fully btw? I got a post asking for people's experiences with this sort of thing if you're inclined to share. Thanks

Mine is in the lower lumbar and while it did get better, I can't say I ever fully recovered.

It's like that old coffee commercial:

"Do you remember your first cup of coffee? Did it ever 'get any better'? Or did you just 'get used to it.'?"

I'm sorry it didn't improve as much.

I can't say I loved coffee the first time I tried it. It took years for it to get better, and eventually it did. An acquired taste for sure... Hopefully the same applies to my spine? Thanks for sharing

It took, I dunno, 3 years? 2008-2011? Still in pain every day but not as severe. Stretching helps. Meditation and breathing helps.
