So they either already had them (weird if they are men dressing up as women thus they would already be women dressed as men and pretending ro be men (nonsensical)) or they all got surgery done in 1 day.

Forgive my terminology. Not transphobic just don't know a better way to put it.

I am assuming you know and are being funny too, but I'll explain anyway: The name is German for "comfortable pillow"; I chose it because I got one relatively recently.

I did not know that Kissen is a pillow. I do know however that it is not kissing as that would be küssen. Thought it was maybe a combination of the languages. Just start going by BequemesKüsschen.
