- Better and fewer working hours.
- Stimulating a massive wave of worker organizing in the United States and beyond.
- Organizing and supporting political causes and campaigns that put workers first.

Oh wow! This actually likely explains why Microsoft was not doing well during the early 2000's. Their employees weren't trying to be creative or innovative, they were just trying to keep their jobs.
