Aren't most sovcit wackos part of the maga cult ? Then how come ~~the guy that's scamming them~~ their savior is a guy named Yusef? Like aren't they all extremely racist?

This guy is likely part of the Moorish Sovereign Citizen group since he used the phrase "overstand". It's a group of Black sovereign citizens who believe Black Americans have the right to their own nation. Yusef might not even be the persons birth name since they usually use a "Moorish" name instead.

Muslimesque, in a way derived from the orientalist kitsch in Freemasonry, like the Nation of Islam (whose founders started out in the Black-only Prince Hall Masonic lodges). Not Muslim in any orthodox sense.
