Is it packaged for Ubuntu Touch? Do you know if it will hit the Open Store at any point? And if it'll work with 16.04? :)

No, but you can use https://open-store.io/app/webapp-creator.jujuyeh or https://open-store.io/app/webber.timsueberkrueb to "install" a web app.

Though some of the edge swipe gestures really don't work, since they pull the launcher drawer open.
