Ok I am sitting down and still not running interference, I just don't think that he meant that people won't have the oppurtunity to vote in the future.

What do you think he meant, then, and more importantly why?

That he will make a country to Christianity forward that they won't feel the need to vote.

And in four years when a different type of candidate runs, then what? He meant nobody will be able to overturn his changes because democracy will be dead.
