this is a rude way to go about talking to people early in their transition who are expressing things many of us have felt before, especially when they tag those thoughts using cw and spoilers. I get if it's not something you want to interact with (I don't personally read every spoiler: dysphoria post), but this is a part of transitioning for many people and they are working on it
