I don't consider khajjit players as furries. As a gameplay race they're pretty cool if you like their strengths.

People that sexualize animals on the other hand... Furries are into beastiality. And that is fucking crazy shit.

(I knew a couple people would chime in defending the cartoon beastiality. Sorry guys, an animal is an animal, and you are sexualizimg them. )

The best description I ever got of furries was that it's astrology for sex. The fursona is their sign. I've found it to be a good rough estimation.

Do you suppose different fursona species have better and worse relation with one another, like astrology signs? That'd be funny and awesome at the same time

Not that I'm aware of, but there are plenty of species stereotype memes. For an example:

That's a lot of weird creepy shit right there.

I've never heard it put that way before, but it's an interesting observation. A lot of animals are culturally associated with personality traits (e.g. clever foxes, loyal dogs, proud lions) and furries usually choose a species they relate to, so it creates a system where people tend to self-sort into various tribes based on values and personality type. Look at any decently popular species and you'll likely find that most of the people repping it share a common set of traits.
