i've seen this only on german newspapers tbh
heh curious, I often see it with .be/.nl/.bg ones (but from IPs very clearly not in eurozone (as in, not even under RIPE))
i've seen it at faz.net and at few other german ones but nowhere else
(.de too but you covered that)
