Listing "panicked aunt, MAGA uncle" is subtle misogyny
eh maybe, men in the US being right wing is a real phenomenon. take a look at some electoral maps if only men voted. also on a personal level this is a thing my hetero women friends hate about dating.
I don't think that is just an American phenomenon, men tends to be more right-wing than women. Men are swine.
"Panicked" is basically synonymous with hysterical. Just a bad look to lead off with "hysterical woman"
