Currently out trans at work, as a security guard myself - I find it so difficult to present even slightly feminine! good luck!

Oh yeah, I worked with an out trans workmate when I was working in monitoring (basically an office job) and even there and within New Zealand she had some trouble with a couple colleagues. Management totally took her side which was nice, but it's tough out there.
