After I came out to my therapist I felt a bit of pressure to appear more masculine to show that I really ‘meant it’ because when I told them I thought I was trans they asked whether my dysphoria could actually be dysmorphia due to SA (I actually thought this too for a long time before I sought therapy). But although I’m transmasc I still like wearing skirts sometimes and thus I decided to wear one to kind of step outside of the box I made for myself and my therapist. (They didn’t make a comment about it) permalink fedilink source parent hideshow 2 child comments replies: [–] Thallo@hexbear.net 3 points 2 years ago After I came out to my therapist I felt a bit of pressure to appear more masculine to show that I really ‘meant it’ Haha, I've been planning to do the same with my therapist since I told her. My appointments are too early, and I haven't felt like putting all the work in to femme it up. But although I’m transmasc I still like wearing skirts sometimes As an former male skirt wearer, the skirt just makes you more powerful than cis men permalink fedilink source parent [–] EstraDoll@hexbear.net 6 points 2 years ago permalink fedilink source parent
