A "Showerthought" is a simple term used to describe the thoughts that pop into your head while you're doing everyday things like taking a shower, driving, or just daydreaming. The best ones are thoughts that many people can relate to and they find something funny or interesting in regular stuff.

Looking at the resource usage of mine, a tiny cheap VPS for $4/mo would be enough

Not including the time cost to manage it.

I was trying to say that the hardware cost to host it may not be expensive, but the management cost could be quite costly.
