I would, but it's the only way I can keep in touch with the rescue my dog came from, and the most convenient way to keep in touch with my sestra.

Presumably, based on your post, you have; but have you ever contacted the rescue from which you got your dog? Other than maybe medical questions - and that only for a short period - I don't think I've ever talked to a rescue after getting any pet from them.

What's a sestra?

Oh yeah, I'm in touch with the staff there, and other people who have adopted from the rescue. They're doing great work. They sometimes have events and meetups, even here in my country.

My sestra is my adopted sister.
