I'm in and out of the bathroom in less than 15, time spent in the shower is as little as 3, but generally between 5 and 8 minutes. Male, I shave at the sink, short hair. If you're in the shower doing tertiary tasks, I hope you at least, only run the water when you need to .
The water takes a couple minutes to warm up after it's turned off. If I were to turn off the water for each task, showering would take even longer as I wait for the water temperature to normalize itself again
