I spend a lot of money going to games in-person here for MLS and occasionally in Europe when I'm over there. I will never pay to go to another country's league games outside their country. It's just wrong.
I paid to go to a Colts-Jags game in London once. The vacation was fun, but the game sucked. And nothing says "money-grabbing, fun-hating, fan-hating, player-killing, evil machine" like NFL. These games are hard on the players, give more money to the owners and not to the players, cost more money for fans to see, and ruins the home gameday experience.
Agreed 100%. I love NFL, and although it's tempting to go to the Wembley games, I disagree with them on principle. Although, given that I live 400 miles north, it's not that hard to resist!)
