Usually there’s a number next to the bell in the top right to let you know someone has replied to one of your comments. Click the bell, read the message and just reply as per usual. But occasionally someone would reply and I don’t get notifications and I’ll just happen to see it as I’m scrolling past. Wonder how many accidental messages I’ve missed 😕
