You're telling me Vin Diesel didn't take steroids back in 2000?
And Brandon Lee wasn't terribly dehydrated on the set of The Crow?
Abs are not arms. The OP pic, Vin's arms aren't that insane, but to have picture perfect abs in a shirtless scene he would've been dehydrated to hell because thats the only way your abs show as clearly as Hollywood likes. This also goes for pecs and shoulders/backs. Dehydration only makes your arms look veiny unless you're like, actual bodybuilder day of competition.
And that is how you kill your kidneys.
