ADHD? If so having diurnal patterns and energy spikes is sadly normal.
Autism but maybe? I match some adhd symptoms but not many.

If coffee makes you sleepy instead of energised it might be ADHD.
I think it does nothing to me, is that still adhd? Also I wish I could fill this out and it would score me, my brain is melted.
