Just knowing that other people are such fans of Frasier helps keep me jolly. I hope it helps anyone else who needs a shot (or two) of the Christmas spirit. Okay friends, any predictions for how the season finale will conclude? Since we haven't seen Peri Gilpin yet, I assume our beloved Roz will make her appearance. I'm also curious whether more romance will bloom between Freddy and Eve.

I just started watching the reboot/revival and am only now realizing the significance of some of the character names:

• John, the baby, likely named to honor John Mahoney
  • They named the bar after Mahoney as well.
• Moose, the firefighter, named after the dog that played Eddie
• David Crane is obviously named after DHP

I'm only on the 4th episode, so there may be more I missed or haven't noticed yet.

In Season 3 Episode 18, Chess Pains, to end the episode Frasier finally beats Martin at chess. And Martin is finally able to sleep. Frasier was obsessed with beating his father the entire episide.

Did Martin let Frasier win to end Frasier’s obsession? My vote is yes. What think you?

Obviously an older article but with the Frasier reboot coming ever closer I'm waxing nostalgic about John Mahoney. Did you know he had a native English accent with he worked hard to shift to American Mid-Atlantic after moving to the US?
