Sounds like https://www.rino.io/ enterprise would be a good fit. No need to run your own node, api access to wallets, and free for the first year.

Great description!
Some people live in countries where some of those things are illegal. Another example of this is banned books. I can pay for entry into a private torrent tracker through a VPN to access books banned in my country.
If you need 0 connections between the cash in your bank account and what you buy online then you need something like Monero.

Hi HYC!
Not that I've seen or heard. My best guess though is that they're setting Cake Pay Web up with a new provider now. If that works out, and depending on how fast they can get it developed, the app version will be next.
Same! Having everything built into an app is much more convenient than something like coincards.
It's super good enough. The beauty of Monero is it makes private transactions easy.
Welcome!
The first time I used BTC I knew immediately something was missing. The second time I used it I knew the 'mixers' recommended for privacy were also inefficient. That's about when I stumbled onto Monero and I haven't bothered with other cryptos since.
We're all also learning all the time. If none of us put any effort into growing our understanding of money, decentralization, or privacy we wouldn't have ended up here.
Anyways, welcome again and ask questions if you have any! Even if no one here knows the answers it may at least be a good discussion and someone will be able to point you in a helpful direction.
Yes, the first written and video guides I get in a search all walk the user how to mine to a centralized pool. More p2pool guides out there means more people will follow them.

That's what most of the guides out there walk them through.

Even then adoption seems slow. There are so many stories of people getting their accounts frozen for suspicious or forbidden BTC use but the same mistakes keep getting repeated.
I rest easy knowing that my crypto assets are private but I guess most people don't seem to care because they're not spending them? Idk

What problems are there with Monero's multisig implementation?
