Damn, that seems to be flagrantly anti-competitive. Has Microsoft attempted to justify why they do that?
You can download an apk from the releases page.
You're doing it right. That's exactly how to build momentum! 💪
Not at all! Just like with price, the difference between zero and one is hugely more consequential than any extra dollar added. Think of it: if you see a community with no posts in the last hour, or day, it does feel a bit deserted. Or a post without comments. By adding a post, or the first comment, you can be the difference for the next guy's impression, and encourage them to do the same, and then the ball gets rolling, and that's how you get momentum.
I can do it later today if nobody else gets to it first.
Yeah, I've been wanting this as well. You may want to post this on the issue tracker, though, so that the request won't get lost in the feed.
Username checks out ^(sorry for the redditism 🙈)
You know what, I had paid for the lifetime pro mode in sync for reddit, and usually prefer one-time payments to recurring subscriptions, but I chose to go with the recurring ultra subscription this time, to contribute to your regular financial stability. Your dedication is commendable. Thanks for all the work you've done over the years!
Workflowy and Teuxdeux are two web apps where I spend an embarrassingly large amount of my time online. I wish there were FOSS alternatives because I would happily contribute features and fixes to the issues I bump into in my daily usage.
In the [Italian Competition] Authority's view, the commitments submitted by Google ensure significant automation of the procedure available for data export (Takeout). They also improve the interoperability mechanism that makes the data available in the Google ecosystem accessible to third-party platforms. Users and third-party operators will be able to make use of this mechanism until the release of a direct service-to-service portability solution, which, according to Google itself, will take place in the first quarter of 2024.
Nice! (emphasis mine)
I thought Sync for Lemmy was going to be open source... Or was that just wishful thinking by the user community?
