Them being explicit makes me think it's not true. The comments about the Nobel prize makes sense as does a test run to see the world's reaction if they do something similar to other countries like Greenland or Canada, both of which they have been talking about since election where as Venezuela came up out of no where with the initial "drug boat" bombing in what?
