- Apple is more expensive, and a premium product. It comes with premium expectations
- Apple promotes their products as perfect
- Apple doesn't have other products if one is bad. They sell 2 laptops, so if there's a problem with the keyboard it effects 1/2 their product line

Why is iPhone the only OS that's so insecure that it can't let users install apps the usual way?
I've heard of this happening before, but the general consensus is that the OP must be crazy. I agree that Apple has a iCloud sync issue though. In the store app, my icon is sometimes my wife's, my daughters is sometimes mine... It's easy to see if Apple is getting minor this gs mixed up, that they might have a bigger issue on their hands as well.
