I'm going to give you guys a piece of advice from some training I had in the army. Once you're fighting hand to hand with more than 2 people against you, you're toast. Doesn't matter how big you are unless the people you are fighting are toddler sized. You can put up a fight and maybe hurt a few of them but once they have your limbs you can't really react anymore.

With this in mind you probably don't want to resist arrest in court surrounded by multiple bailiffs and marshals, even if you are the size of The Mountain.
