Finally, on day 12, our robot overlord pulls a soap I can match! LGC is a great scent that is a pleasure to shave with, and BaM always gives me an excellent lather.

This was also my first shave with this knot after moving it to a new handle. I lofted it a bit lower, which feels like an improvement. I also used stainless steel washers as spacers this time. The added extra weight feels quite nice.

It was an excellent BVWSC meeting today. This is my first time using soap from Los Jabones de Joserra, and it was quite good. The scent is a bit lighter than I expected, but it's pleasant and clean. The lather was easy to build and performed well. I had a quick two-pass shave with great results.

Today will be a long one -- I have a two-and-a-half-hour job interview this morning, and several fires to put out at work. At least I had a good shave and smell great. :)

First shave with my new-to-me MMOC went pretty well. It certainly feels more aggressive than my other GEM, a first-gen Clog-Pruf.

I was slightly sloppy around my chin and got a couple of weepers. I think I just need to slow down a bit more and focus on my angle.

Good results overall though. It's an impressive little razor.

An excellent shave with minimal irritation. I really love the scent and performance of SSL.

I'm still not sure about this knot. It definitely doesn't immediately impress me like the Quartermoon did. It's more difficult to splay, which I guess means it has more backbone? I did set it about as high as I could to hopefully minimize this.

Either way, the bristles are plenty soft. Feels much nicer than the Yaqi synthetic I was using previously.

A little under the weather from a couple vaccines yesterday evening. It was an easy and smooth shave though.

No irritation from the T2 this morning, I think I maybe have just been splaying too much with previous attempts. This brush performs much better when I just paint the lather and water on.

I love the scent of Arkadia, one of my favorite Stirling dupes.
