Probably like many of you i switched to Linux. I first used it in 2012 when i heard about it in School. Back then i used Ubuntu, but could not figure it out how to play my Games on CD, DVDs and Steam so i switched back to Windows.

Over the Years i often tried it out again but had various problems with it.

Now, thanks to the Trump Donald, i have a real reason to no longer use Microshaft Proudcts. Our Boycott!

So far i tried Linux Mint, KDE Neon, Kubuntu, ZorinOS, PopOS, Debian, Ubuntu, Xubuntu, Lubuntu, Gnu Guix, Fedora, OpenSUSE, Arch, Antergos. That is over 10 years.

What i found out:

• i dont like gnome, i find the ui weird. xfce is too cobbled together imo and ugly, lxqt too.
• i like kde and budgie
• im currently on kubuntu and gnu guix :)

Linux is kind of hard coming from windows, but i wont switch back now. It is more than just using a OS, it is now a mindset: more independent Europa! Maybe i will even switch to OSS that is made by European Firms and Developers, afterall if i donate i want my money to stay in Europa.

Das "One Standard German Axiom" (OSGA) ist ein Konzept über die langjährige Skepsis und Ablehnung, dass es mehrere Standardvarietäten des Deutschen gibt, sondern nur eine dominierende Standardvarietät, das BRD-Deutsch.

Der Begriff der „plurizentrischen Sprache“ wird seit den 1960er Jahren in der Soziolinguistik verwendet. Es gibt heute viele Sprachen mit mehreren Standardformen, wie zum Beispiel Englisch (Britisches und Amerikanisches Englisch), Portugiesisch (Brasilianisches Portugiesisch) und Niederländisch (Belgisches Niederländisch). Auch beim Deutschen gibt es mehrere Standardvarianten, die oft miteinander verglichen werden.

Obwohl das Modell der plurizentrischen Sprache für das Deutsche bereits seit den 1990er Jahren weitgehend akzeptiert wird, hat die Forschung in der deutschen Soziolinguistik den Begriff weiterentwickelt und unterschieden zwischen "Plurizentrizität" (mit den nationalen Varianten wie Österreichisches Deutsch, Schweizer Hochdeutsch usw.) und "Pluriarealität" (mit möglichen Zentren, die auch über nationale Grenzen hinweg existieren).

Dollinger kritisiert die Vorstellung der "Pluriarealität", weil er meint, dass sie eine einzige Standardvarietät des Deutschen unterstützt und die Existenz eines eigenen österreichischen Standarddeutschen ablehnt. Damit werde die nationale Souveränität Österreichs infrage gestellt. Für Dollinger verletzt die Idee der Pluriarealität das „uniformitarianische Prinzip“, das in der Linguistik besagt, dass Sprachen in ähnlichen gesellschaftlichen und historischen Kontexten ähnliche Strukturen entwickeln.

Dollinger ist der Ansicht, dass der Begriff der „Plurizentrizität“ als Modell für das Deutsche besser geeignet ist. Er fordert, dass die verschiedenen Standardformen des Deutschen (Österreichisches, Schweizer und Standarddeutsch aus Deutschland) anerkannt werden. In seinen Arbeiten stellt er die Ansicht auf, dass sich das Deutsche nicht nur als eine einheitliche Sprache, sondern als mehrere gleichwertige Varianten entwickeln sollte.

Zusammengefasst kritisiert Dollinger die Idee, dass das Deutsche heutzutage nur eine Standardform haben sollte, die alle nationalen Varianten negiert. Er spricht dabei vom „One Standard German Axiom“, also der Vorstellung, dass es nur eine einzige Standardvariante gibt.

Wichtige Begriffe:
