How to deal with ingrown hairs? in c/[email protected]

I tried physical exfoliation and it just made my skin so dry, even with mostirizer, it seem like it helped a bit with the ingrown hairs

I am having issues, after accepting the dm invite from the bot I have not received any messages from it, UPDATE after cleaning my client's cache it worked fine
