Alpaca (flathub) does not work with Ollama Cloud. It does not work either with local models or with cloud models. He doesn't produce any answers. Does anyone know the problem yet and can tell me more about it?

And I would also like to understand what the environment variable is that identifies the correct driver (assuming one is necessary).

I probably didn't express myself well. I meant to ask how it's possible to verify the functioning of hardware video acceleration on ARM SoCs. It seems that the tools used for Intel, AMD and NVIDIA GPUs are not suitable for this. Regarding the model, I would be specifically interested in the SoC of the new Raspberry Pi 500+ (I have no idea what model it is).

How does hardware video acceleration work on ARM? I would like to install Fedora on a Raspberry Pi, but first I would like to make sure I can take advantage of hardware video acceleration. Most likely ARM GPUs don't support VAAPI and I don't think there are tools equivalent to vainfo and intel_gpu_top. I'm looking for someone who can provide me with information on this topic ๐Ÿ™‚ Thanks

Does it make sense to snapshot the home subvolume? I wonder if taking snapshots of the home subvolume is a huge waste of disk space, since all the important files are already backed up through different and more secure methods. How is your setup? Open survey โœŒ๐Ÿป
