I am quite disappointed. Given the title, I was like, wow, a generalist PC gaming website recommending people to switch to Linux! Read the article, Linux is not mentioned at all, I don't even know why it is in the title. Getting a few clicks from hippies?

They may not be perfect but it’s better than sitting around swiping for the perfect person that may not exist.

I actually appreciate having information on personality, background, hobbies and dating intentions up-front, rather than play a guessing game for hours or days.

I got the power button of my laptop repaired at an electronics repair shop, you could try that. It has been running well for 8 years with Arch.

Senators are elected by a college of locally elected people. Those locally elected people were elected, during various kinds of prior local elections, by direct universal suffrage (one adult citizen = one vote).

Interesting, but I didn't see a relation with the start up. Are they not really the first then?

The title should probably specify "for a presidential election". France uses an electoral college for its Sénat, it's made of regional/departmental elected people.

Researchers at a California-based sleep startup claim it's possible to communicate with others while dreaming.

Is there some published article in a respected peer reviewed scientific journal?
If not, this may as well be the typical startup "fake it until you make it (or disappear)".
