my x lasts me over a day. the battery is currently at 93% capacity. so i dont know where that is bad. i never had issues with the battery on any phone i had.

if you buy parts, DONT buy cheap. never. go to ifixit and get your parts there. they are expensive but wort every penny. i made that mistake when i bought 3 screens for my x from 3 different brands. they were about 60€ each and sucked ass.

iphone 8 (64gb) in perfect condition go for like 200-250€ were i live. so that would bringe you maybe 100€ if you’re really lucky.
