A directory created by the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) has exposed the Social Security numbers of a number of US healthcare providers.

The Trump administration introduced a new Medicare portal as part of plans to modernize US healthcare technology.

However, a database that was part of the directory was left publicly accessible, and exposed providers’ names and Social Security numbers.

SWIFTON, Ark. (KATV) — A Arkansas police officer is behind bars after allegations of sexual assault.

On Sunday, April 19, 2026, the Jackson County Sheriff’s Office (JCSO) requested the Criminal Investigation Division (CID) of the Arkansas State Police (ASP) to investigate a sexual assault incident that occurred in Swifton.

The case allegedly involves Swifton Police Officer, 31-year-old Benjamin Drake Slagley, and a juvenile victim.

On Tuesday, April 28, 2026, officers with the U.S. Marshals Task Force arrested Slagley at a residence in Swifton.

Slagley was transported to the Cross County Detention Center, where he was booked on second-degree sexual assault, residential burglary, and knowingly furnishing or selling alcohol to a minor.

Separately, on October 13, 2025, ASP CID Agents arrested Slagley on an arson charge.

The arrest followed an investigation into an August 2025 fire at Slagley’s home in Swifton.

JCSO requested ASP CID to investigate after Slagley, then still employed with the Swifton Police Department, contacted 911 to report the fire at his home.

Gore’s book lays out claims the organisation is at the heart of a conspiracy involving child grooming, human trafficking, and psychological and emotional control, with former members saying the group used private confessions as leverage against members and drugged those under its sway – claims Opus Dei categorically denies. Gore reported that Opus Dei collaborated closely with the bloody dictatorship of Francisco Franco in Spain, before supporting rightwing causes around the world.

Well those numbers you came up with are not real. Also everytime the self driving cars screw up they pull back their usage to the point where they can still milk investors but the accidents decline. I think as they are introduced at a more rapid pace we will find that the issues become exponential. But thats just my opinion also life would be safer if a lived in a bubble but living in a bubble is not what I need. I need trains and public transit. I think maybe closley monitored AI on rail systems might over time become a great success.

I think in terms of practicality… as empire ages and extends itself too far, it reaches out in desperation but you would never notice it, as it maintains its perception of strength through its cruelty. A strong nation has some form of defense and for the most part soldiers are disciplined, engaged and with purpose. I think we don’t know the difference between pageantry and success. Always Managing Perception. The age we live is aimless & war for war sake. The pursuit of a dying old mans vain ambition handed over by neglectful reprobates. The order of the most antisocial. Louder, faster and dumber. Lower the standards but yet we have always been turds. So maybe for me two things can be right at the same time. Built on lies with a debt to pay.
