Wow this is fascinating! I quote much smaller construction type jobs, and I'm in a trade that builds nukes. This is a staggering failure of the planning process. I wonder what other options could have been considered for a $9bn investment. Now they're going to build a natural gas plant. There is a lack of imagination and innovation all over this project.
