It has something to do with the accesibility options. I had those... while I don't exactly know what removed them, I can tell you what I did.

1. Remove all accesibility options that you may have activated on the watch and shut it down.
2. Remove all accesibility options that you may have activated on the phone and shut it down.
   Turn on the phone
3. Turn on the watch

That's what worked for me.
