Are any of your hardline connections in the areas with wireless issues? You could add hardwired wifi access points, or just unmanaged Ethernet switches if you want to hardwire everything

Just moved into a new apartment with Ethernet cables in each room, anyone know what this is ? in c/[email protected]

Plug all those blue cables into an unmanaged Ethernet switch, then plug your router into the nearest blue wall port. The router will feed the switch and the switch will feed the other wall ports
