No defederation, unless they're breaking the law. Saying something you don't like is not breaking the law. Grow up.
Loving parents don't let their kids mutilate themselves.
If they're tried in the court of law and found guilty, they should go to jail, regardless of who they are. Anyone can accuse anyone, innocent until proven guilty. We have a due process for a reason.
What's posted on politics at lemme.world is "disinformation and propaganda" to me.
Just because you don't like something, don't deprive other rational people of ability to engage with it. This is what killed reddit and it seems that largest Lemmy instances are going down that path too.
That's what the process should be.
In reality, especially in social sciences, it comes down to whether the "peer reviewers" agree with your point of view. Even if your point of view is bullshit and not backed up by science.
