My gut says go multi cluster (or not) at that pointbut treat the remote as a service, have a local container be a proxy

I feel like they def have issues, Taiwan, Tibet, Uyghurs, human rights record, general authoritarianism.

They also seem to have a better climate change story than anyone in north america, and USA has totally shown itself to be a mercurial alley.

I don't see what advantage high tariffs have on something we want more of (EV's). If the standards suck, then I'm ok with bringing them up to standard and charging for that.

Making this an either or "they are or aren't our enemies" seems unnecessary, when we could buy their things and put pressure on them to do better on the things at the top.

You don't pay taxes on the option, because you haven't bought the option till you exercise it.

Anyway the amount was kinda fixed (it's been awhile) like 25%, it was also years ago, so things may have changed. They are also distinct from RSU's which i believe aren't taxed as low, but still better than top marginal tax rate for income.

Anyway it doesn't seem like those are really the whole story (https://www.reddit.com/r/explainlikeimfive/comments/36l575/eli5_how_can_it_be_that_ceos_often_pay_an/) -- it looks like the tax escape mechanism is to get deferred stocks - which admittedly for the Tobias case we'd have to see how those stocks were awarded. I still think my point 2 applys - why would he take compensation in this mostly stocks manner (and like every other CEO i've seen) unless there was some benefit.

He earns 1$ income, the rest is options, his income is below the minimum taxable. The taxes he pays on options aren't income tax.

To my limited knowledge (reading https://www.goodreads.com/en/book/show/1551870) this seems to be the Canadian norm: you don't own the land under your land

If your product or treatment of customers is so bad they'd go to the trouble to create multiple accounts to give you bad reviews. Maybe you deserve it.

Maybe just maybe they are saying review bombing but they just mean bad reviews. There is no evidence in that article that stream has detected review bombing meaning single person or bot flooding their page with bad reviews.

If you described what a "systems engineer" did that'd be a big help.

Yes the same grocery store owners who have been making record profits will pass the savings on to us.

We have 40 years of evidence that lower taxes aren't better for anyone but the most wealthy.

On top of that you want to ignore climate?

Please reconsider this vote.

Cool, if that's what you actually want, maybe just ask your partner. IMO the daddy shit is a bit over the top.
