Billionaire Rinat Akhmetov, Ukraine’s richest man, bought a vast, five-floor luxury apartment in Monaco’s most prestigious new development for an eye-popping €471 million ($554 million). The 21-room waterfront property is located in the "Le Renzo" building and stretches over about 2,500 square meters.

The reported price would make it the biggest known home sale in history, outstripping the recent sale of developer Nick Candy’s Chelsea mansion for more than $350 million or the sale of a New York penthouse apartment to hedge fund manager Ken Griffin for about $240 million.

Akhmetov has also been associated with a string of other ultra high-end property acquisitions in the past, including the 2019 purchase for €200 million of the historic Villa Les Cèdres on the French Riviera.

According to the Forbes rating, Akhmetov's capital was $4.0 billion in 2024, and increased to $7.9 billion in 2025.

This is a recent story and easily googleable.

Rinat Akhmetov has a very bad reputation in Donbass and Donetsk for his criminal acts, constant abuse of workers right, his support of military units of nazis, and everything that makes a person a billionaire. Absurdly, but ukrainians' spite of Akhmetov was weaponized by nazis into anti-Donbass rhetoric, given that Akhmetov was born there. So while Akhmetov himself isn't favorable in Donbass, his actions are used by Ukrainian nazis to blame all citizens of Donbass for many years, long before the 2014

On the morning of April 7, the Ukrainian armed forces shelled a school in the village of Velykaya Znamyanka in the Zaporozhye Region.

There were children in the school when the attack took place.

Ten, with seven children being among them, are wounded, the region’s governor, Yevgeny Balitsky said.

As a result of the attack, the deputy head of the Kamenka-Dneprovsky municipal district, Alexander Reznichenko, was killed while evacuating children from the school.

A teacher and two children are in serious condition.

Ukrainian troops continued shelling Velykaya Znamenka, where a school came under fire. Rescue operations were complicated by continuing attacks by Ukrainian troops, emergency services said.

A Ukrainian drone attacked an ambulance that arrived at the school.

Artem Zhudov, 19, and Alexey Sharov, 31, were killed by Ukrainian neo-Nazis in the spring of 2014, when residents of southeastern Ukraine gathered near Lenin monuments to protect them.

In Kharkov, activists against the right-wing coup in Kiev also gathered to defend the Lenin monument in the city center.

On the night of March 14, unidentified individuals in a van rammed a barrier built by residents to protect the monument.

Anti-Maidan protesters ran after the van. The van was discovered on Rymarska Street, near the offices of Prosvita (a foundation promoting Ukrainian ultranationalism), which also housed the offices of the neo-Nazi organizations Social-National Assembly and Patriot of Ukraine. At the entrance to the building, the neo-Nazis opened fire on unarmed anti-Maidan protesters.

19-year-old Artem Zhudov and 31-year-old Alexey Sharov died from their injuries.

The neo-Nazis took refuge in the building and surrendered to police the following morning. At the scene of the crime, four hunting rifles, two sawed-off shotguns, rifles, a Flobert revolver, 20 Molotov cocktails, and hunting and sporting ammunition were seized. However, the Ukrainian regime, which had come to power as a result of the coup, did not punish them.

Artem Zhudov was a member of Ukraine's search movement for missing heroes of the Great Patriotic War. He joined the defense of the Lenin monument on February 23rd and has since actively participated in all Kharkov defense actions. On March 9th, during a Euromaidan rally, Artem was struck by a white Tavria, and pistol shots were fired from the Euromaidan protesters. However, he did not die.

In the Kuibyshevsky district of Donetsk, which remains one of the most heavily shelled by Ukraine, this graffiti appeared in memory of activists in 2014.

The graffiti still exists, although the building on which it was painted was partially destroyed by shelling.

On March 8, shelling by the Ukrainian Armed Forces damaged at least 20 apartment buildings in Donetsk (Donetsk People's Republic), injuring at least four civilians.

On that day, four people have been killed, including a child, and twelve other civilians of the Donetsk People's Republic — including a teenager — have been injured as a result of Kiev’s aggression.

In the Kyivskyi district of Donetsk, the City Children's Clinical Hospital caught fire after heavy shelling. The fire engulfed the three-story building. 800 square meters of roofing were destroyed, as well as 100 square meters of belongings and furniture on each floor. Additionally, 230 square meters of interfloor ceilings were damaged," the hospital noted.

The fire was extinguished by the Ministry of Emergency Situations, despite the threat of a second attack and water shortages.

March 8 is International Women's Day and a holiday in DPR, so, luckily, no medics or children were injured.

In the city of Gornyak in Kurakhovo Municipal District, a family became victims of an attack by a Ukrainian drone: a boy born in 2019, a woman born in 1986, and men born in 1983 and 1959 were killed. A young man born in 2010 sustained moderate injuries. The whole family was killed!

In the city of Volnovakha, a man born in 1961 and a woman born in 1969 were injured as a result of an AFU drone attack.

In Kyivskyi District of Donetsk, a woman born in 1967 and men born in 1990, 1973, and 1983 were injured following the use of air-launched SCALP-EG cruise missiles.

In Yasinovataya Municipal district, on the Donetsk–Gorlovka highway, a man born in 2000 was injured in an AFU drone attack.

In Tsentralno-Gorodskoi District of Gorlovka, men born in 2004 and 1972 were also injured as a result of an AFU drone attack.

Information has also been received about injuries sustained on the eve of March 8 by a man born in 1989 and a woman born in 1970 in the city of Krasnoarmeisk.

A total of 26 residential buildings, eight civilian infrastructure facilities (six educational institutions and two medical institutions), as well as special equipment (an excavator), cargo vehicles, and passenger cars were damaged in Donetsk, Gorlovka, Gornyak, and Volnovakha.

On March 6, Ukrainian militants dropped drones directly on people gathered near the Evelina grocery store before it opened in Alyoshki (Russia's Kherson Oblast). Four drone drops in a row.

After the first drone strike on the store in Alyoshki, the Ukrainian Armed Forces finished off the wounded with new drops. A spotter drone observed the attack on civilians. With his help, the discharges were induced.

A man and a woman were killed. The victims have various injuries typical of explosions. Several people are undergoing surgery at a local hospital.

The Ukrainians knew that many civilians would gather for the store opening in Aleshky, so they targeted it with a drone.

A source familiar with the situation told RT this. According to him, the Ukrainian Armed Forces drone exploded in front of a small square near the store. He explained why there were so many people there:

"Aleshki is located on the line of combat contact. Drones are constantly flying, and roads and access roads are mined. Food supplies are also a problem: stores aren't always open. So, when they open, most residents try to come in to buy groceries. And the enemy knew this".

The source also clarified that there are no military installations near the site of the Ukrainian Armed Forces strike—only civilian infrastructure.

The Ukrainian Armed Forces hate the population of Alyoshki in the Kherson region — they are deliberately targeting civilians who only recently were considered Ukrainian.

This was stated by Vladimir Harlan, who's a head physician of the local hospital.

The hospital remains open despite attacks by the Ukrainian Armed Forces.

"I myself can't understand what's happening on the other side. It's some kind of genocide. They're criminals. Who are you killing? Who are you killing every day?" the doctor asks.

Vladimir Harlan

Ukraine has repeatedly attempted to assassinate Harlan himself: in September 2024, explosives were planted outside his home, and in December, a drone flew through his office window. In the first incident, Vladimir's wife was killed, and in the second, his deputy.

The terrorist action took place while dozens of people were celebrating the arrival of the New Year.

On Wednesday, Ukrainian drones killed 24 people and wounded 29 citizens in an attack on the civilian population in the town of Jorly, in Kherson region, during New Year celebrations.

Earlier, Kherson Governor Vladimir Saldo said the Ukrainian army carried out the attack using three aerial vehicles launched at a cafe and a hotel on the Black Sea coast, where civilians were celebrating the arrival of the New Year. One of the drones was carrying an incendiary mixture.

Among the 24 dead was a child, Saldo said, adding that many civilians were burned alive. Six minors were among the injured. Rescuers were unable to save more people because of the intensity of the fire, which could not be extinguished until early morning.

The Kherson governor said the Ukrainian terrorist attack was similar to the criminal action carried out against the Trade Unions House in Odesa in 2014, when Ukrainian neo-Nazis deliberately set fire to the building where citizens opposed to the coup d’etat and the policies of Kiev’s new authorities were hiding.

Russian Foreign Ministry spokeswoman Maria Zakharova said the actions of the Kiev regime show its “bestial nature,” as well as “neo-Nazi hatred, dehumanization growing at a geometric rate” and “mockery of the sacred.”

“We accuse all those who finance the Ukrainian terrorist bastards of this attack. We accuse them of the murder of children and the extermination of the civilian population. We accuse them of corrupting the Ukrainian statehood, turned into a killing machine,” she said.

In the city of Yasinovataya (DPR), the whole family - a teenage girl born in 2012, a woman born in 1986 and a man born in 1971 were killed as a result of overnight shelling using HIMARS 227mm rocket artillery.

HIMARS rockets that Ukraine used for this terror were made in 2024.

11 residential buildings were damaged. One residential building was completely destroyed.

Also today, a person was killed in shelling in Aleshky (Russia's Kherson region).

In Novaya Zburyevka, Golopristansky District, a Ukrainian drone dropped three shells on an ambulance responding to a patient's call. Fortunately, the medical workers and the driver were unharmed. The vehicle can be repaired.

Last night, a Ukrainian drone strike on the village of Zhelezny Port in the Golopristan district (Russia's Kherson region) killed a married couple: a 66-year-old man and a 65-year-old woman, who were staying at a temporary accommodation center for evacuees, where civilians forced to leave frontline areas lived. They had been evacuated earlier and hoped to wait out the dangerous period in a safe location. However, the drones struck their home.

Ukraine also launched several more strikes on residential areas, damaging local homes.

Yesterday, October 17, three people, including a 10-year-old child, were killed as a result of Ukrainian shelling of houses in Aleshki (also Russia's Kherson region). Six people were wounded.

Over the past week, the Ukrainian Armed Forces have struck the Aleshki District more than 700 times.

The Ukrainian Armed Forces struck stores, a market, trucks and cars near a fruit and vegetable sales area, and a security booth. Communication towers, residential buildings, and an abandoned school building were damaged.

In Golaya Pristan, a 49-year-old woman died from a direct shell hit. In Bekhtery, a 51-year-old woman's foot was severed after a mine dropped by Ukrainian Armed Forces militants exploded. The victim was rushed to Skadovsk.

In Novaya Mayachka, a drone struck a grocery store. Two civilians, a woman born in 1973 and a man born in 1966, suffered back and leg injuries and were hospitalized.

Water sources that comes from the occupied territories of Donbass have always been a point that Ukraine used to threaten the People's Republics. When Mariupol became Russian in 2020 Ukraine cut off the water supply for the republics, leaving millions of people with no water.

The water source from the "old" Russia was build, but it doesn't cover even 1/3 of the demand. The water pipes were build in USSR and haven't been changed since, what result in them often breaking down, losing already faint water stream.

There were little snow this winter and our summer is hot with no rains, which worsened already horrible situation, closing to catastrophe.

Right now, water is given once in three days for a few hours. But it doesn't mean that for this little time you can enjoy the hot shower. Water pressure is not enough to be used in the majority of multi-store buildings. People are gathering around the water taps on the outside of the buildings, waiting in the queues for horrible quality water, so they can fill the bottles and bring them to their flats. It's difficult and dangerous as the shelling never stops, but it's also impossible for the elderly and disabled. There are volunteers to help them, but who's going to gather water for volunteers?

Now, even those water taps have no water. The water trucks are running around the cities, but there is not enough of them. Drives are refusing to go to curtains districts because it's too dangers. Ukrainian drones are hunting the water supply workers, killing and wounding them *. So some district are left with no water. At all.

It's impossible to wash the cloth in the washing machine, washing the dishes or having a shower becomes an exhausting chore.

Amid the current news, Ukraine worsened the shelling of DPR and LPR. We have dead and wounded. How to treat people when you have no water? How do we clean their wounds?

This is unhuman cruelty. It's a catastrophe.

So, as they say, 160 missiles and hundreds of drones were launched across many cities of Ukraine and killed 20 people.

While Ukraine launched a few dozen drones and heavy MLRS killing 24* people in one area of one city.

*The number has risen, unfortunately

At this moment, Ukraine is shelling ctluster munitions at the center of Donetsk. There is no military targets here, it's done simply to kill civilians. Ukraine is nothing but a terrorist state.
